Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the website at buildsomething.io (the "Site"), operated by Authentic Tech Leadership LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems
- Use the Site to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, and design) are owned by Authentic Tech Leadership LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"BuildSomething.io," "Master Builder," and related branding are trademarks of Authentic Tech Leadership LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.
Services
We provide software development consulting and related services. The terms, scope, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate written agreement between you and Authentic Tech Leadership LLC.
User Accounts
Some features of the Site may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTHENTIC TECH LEADERSHIP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use of or inability to use the Site
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Site
- Any bugs, viruses, or similar harmful code transmitted through the Site by any third party
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Authentic Tech Leadership LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Denver, Colorado.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue binding arbitration in Denver, Colorado under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
